SYCOR AMERICAS Inc. Locates to a New Pittsburgh Facility to Handle Long Term Expansion in Pennsylvania

PITTSBURGH, PA, June 6, 2007 - James Marczak, President & CEO of SYCOR AMERICAS Inc., a leading international consulting firm specializing in business process improvement and information technology, announced today that the company has relocated it`s Pittsburgh based headquarters.

Earlier this year, SYCOR AMERICAS Inc. accepted a three-year incentive offer totaling $440,000 from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Allegheny County to focus its expansion in Pittsburgh, Marczak said. The funds will be used to enhance the company`straining and recruiting programs, and will complement a $3 million planned investment by
SYCOR AMERICAS Inc. to expand its offices in Pittsburgh.
