10/22/2008 - Converteam Implements Sycor Americas Training Services

Converteam, a worldwide specialist in Power Conversion, implemented a Sycor Americas project kick off training program for SAP implementation.

Their goals were to create awareness and understanding of SAP capabilities to key stakeholders and key users of implementation team and to provide know how about SAP business process and workflow. The Sycor team delivered to the entire Converteam transition team and there were break-out sessions of individual team based training for specific subject matter groups. The training was business process focused and captured the entire value chain of Converteam. It also included following SAP key modules of MM, PP, SD, PS, MRO, FI, CO, and HR. The training included Change Management and Team Building aspects as well as Project Management and was delivered by experienced Sycor SAP Senior Consultants.
