Sycor at the CRM 2009 Conference in Nice and Orlando
The Sycor Group will make its debut at the CRM 2009 international conference this year. The event caters to the SAP® CRM community and will take place first in Nice, France from 11 to 13 February 2009. It will then be held for the American market from 2 to 5 March in Orlando, Florida. Sycor will have its own booth at both events and showcase its expertise in SAP® E-Commerce by holding four presentations and joining panels of experts.
Sycor’s presentations at CRM 2009 will focus on online stores based on SAP E-Commerce. These
stores can be tailored to meet unique customer requirements and can be integrated with existing
SAP® ERP or SAP CRM systems. In this way, existing master data and processes can be used to create
an additional efficient sales channel.

Sycor. The IT service provider has a long history of success in e-commerce, both in Germany and
around the world. In 2005, Sycor began an intensive collaboration with the E-Commerce Competence
Center at SAP Deutschland AG & Co. KG and has implemented numerous projects at well-known
companies. While implementing online stores during these projects, Sycor has compiled frequently
recurring requirements into SAP E-Commerce consulting packages: The “ECO Tuning, Service Parts and
Marketing” packages provide the foundation for many projects. In addition, the “CatMan Suite”
enhances standard processes for catalog maintenance.
