We have grouped the most frequent customer requirements into functional and tested enhancement packages that go beyond the scope of the SAP ERP standard system. Technical drawings (e.g., of machines or assemblies) are an excellent way of visually presenting single products or product subgroups. The Service Parts Pack was designed with precisely this in mind. It easily incorporates drawings and photographs so that users can navigate graphically around your product. A graphics-oriented Web shop is particularly suitable for selling replacement and service parts. Your specific catalogs are automatically created from parts lists and enhanced with drawings.

The Tuning Pack is a collection of 20 additional functions that improve usability for administrators and customers. Thanks to generic programming, the functions can be enabled or disabled at the click of a mouse. Features include a breadcrumb display, where-used list, hierarchy search, shop lock function and a shopping basket upload/download option.

To make maintaining your SAP E-Commerce Web shop faster and easier, this package gives you a solution that facilitates catalog maintenance and helps you import and export catalogs. With the special update function, you can freely define rules for maintaining your catalog. For example, you can specify product expiration dates directly in the system. These products will then be automatically deleted from the catalog on that date.
